About
I am a Counselling Psychologist with an MA in Clinical Psychology and training in CBT, REBT, and trauma-informed approaches. I support adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, overthinking, self-doubt, low self-esteem, burnout, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs, helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and healthier ways of coping. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Drawing from CBT, REBT, and trauma-informed practices, I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals. Together, we work to understand challenges, build practical coping strategies, develop self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

The session was good. Vidhi helped me think about my feelings with certain things. I think that's a good start. Overall experience was helpful too
"What will happen now?", "I shouldn't have done that.", "What should I say?", "I shouldn't have said that."
If you feel like these questions are a loop that never quite closes, you already know what overthinking sounds like from the inside - from your brain and even from what you'd call a feeling from the pit of your stomach.
You sometimes go through the same thoughts continuously, without ever landing on a solution. It then leaves you stuck, drained, and emotionally worn out. And it rarely stays contained to just one moment in your head - it loops, time over time. As it latches onto you like a tick, something you can't get rid of, it starts to shape your self-esteem and the way you interact with other people, often leading to over-explaining yourself, assuming the worst, or constantly seeking reassurance from others.
