Nadiya mam is very attentive, which made me feel seen & never ignored. i was able to open up hard stuffs becoz of a non-judgmental & safe space she created. mam used a lot of real-life examples that helped me feel less alone in my experiences. even when i struggled to put my emotions into words, her thoughtful questions helped me to see things more clearly & understand my reality better. at the end of each session, im gaining a lot more clarity & insights. i consistently felt seen, validated & educated at the same time. this is the best decision i have ever made & tysm for making this possible as finding a good counsellor around my locality was a mission impossible! not anymore lol.

Thank you so much . I attended the session . Feels so good. She is very calm and listened to my stories without any judgement. She also helped me to figure out things .

You could experience feelings of fatigue, feeling unseen, and perhaps even invisible, yet continuing to be the emotional backbone of your relationship. This is often an indicator of an unhealthy relationship dynamic, not a healthy one.
In many cases, what looks like being supportive is actually emotional labor that goes unnoticed and unreciprocated. Over time, this can lead to emotional burnout and deep emotional exhaustion.

They're laughing with friends while you're lying awake at 2 a.m., replaying every conversation and wondering where it all went wrong. They're sharing gym selfies, attending weddings, taking weekend trips, and seemingly moving through life without missing a beat. Meanwhile, you're struggling to concentrate at work, checking your phone out of habit, and fighting the urge to reach out just one more time.
I've sat across from hundreds of people navigating breakups, and one question comes up again and again: "Why do they seem completely okay while I'm still falling apart?"
