About
I am a Psychologist with Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a PG Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I work with adolescents and adults between 14 and 40 years of age, offering individual therapy sessions. I support individuals navigating emotional challenges such as relationship, breakups, family and childhood difficulties, trauma, self-esteem and emotional or life crisis. I work with concerns like anxiety, depression, OCD, body image issues, and emotional distress. My approach is collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from REBT, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic approaches, allowing therapy to be flexible and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported as they explore their emotions, patterns, and strengths.My intention is to walk alongside people in helping them build emotional resilience, and a healthier relationship with themselves at their own pace.

Before Theraphy session I was so depressed that I just stare at ceiling fan and cry but after my 1 st session I slept like a little child then after 2nd session slowly my perspectives started changing after all 3 sessions now life has thoose problem even it become more but I started seeing thoose in different new perspectives and making people around feel that I am there for them, started being kind to all strangers, recently gone to solo trip made some friends there they even felt comfortable with me and yesterday met my class 10 teacher who said I changed totally because this time I’m not sit like an introvert but this time I talk to her very well and greeted her , she also happy for that change Started helping mom in kitchen and learning cooking and telling her that I will change these situation one day ( giving her hope) , my mom is so happy the person I’m becoming For an conclusion this therapy didn’t resolve my problems but it changed my perspectives and behaviour which is more important to tackle thoose situations and I’m came to an point where these issues made me who I’m becoming today for a better sake And I will forever grateful for this initiative Thankyou ❤️

She listens with patience and intention. She makes an effort to truly understand what I’m going through, and her guidance is thoughtful and practical. It’s clear that she cares and is actively invested in helping me grow and heal. Though I am still early in the process I am more aware of my patterns and more grounded in tough times, that itself feels like progress

I’m really grateful for the support and guidance I’ve received in therapy. The sessions always felt safe, non-judgmental, and genuinely helpful. I felt listened to and understood, and I’ve gained better clarity and tools to handle my thoughts and emotions.

I genuinely felt comfortable, and none of the things felt awkward. I was able to talk openly without feeling judged, and the conversation also helped me clear my mind a bit. The session ended with me feeling open-minded and calmer.
